Volunteering her services
 For many years, Mrs. Stoker has been the Wednesday morning dispatcher for the free West Chester Senior Van Transportation service, a group of volunteers that help seniors get to medical, grocery, and other important appointments.
Mrs. Stoker is one of the founding members of the Community Foundation’s Heroes Fund, which raises funds to help combat soldiers and their families in need.
Mrs. Stoker spends countless hours raising funds for seniors, local Masonic organizations, veterans, and other organizations that provide essential services to residents.
