Bringing New Business

She’s been doing it for the past twelve years as a Trustee of West Chester, the poster community for quality business growth in the Greater Cincinnati area. Since 1997, West Chester has added more than 18,500 new jobs; and in the last 3 years alone about 7 million square feet of new commercial construction. Businesses growth since 1994 includes:

  • Over 700 new businesses and business expansions including: Totes Isotoner, McSwain Manufacturing, Warsteiner, Overhead Door, JP Flooring, Cornerstone, Liz Claiborne, Procter and Gamble, General Electric Engine Services, General Motors, Isuzu, Mercedes and Volvo, TJ Max, Office Depot, Target, PF Changs, UC Physicians, Bakery Crafts, Rafferty’s
  • Phoenix, Indiana Wesleyan, and Miami, University branches
  • Five major retail centers: Streets of West Chester, Union Town Center, Voice of America Centre, WalMart, and Biggs; and several smaller retail centers
  • Five major hotels: Marriott, Wingate, Staybridge, Sleep Inn, and Hampton Inn
  • Over 1 million square feet of Class A office space by developers like Duke-Weeks, Higgins, and K&W Development
